I am thrilled to announce my first #OSS #dotnet project of my own:
FluentContracts!
"Fluent argument validation for fluent software development" [https://github.com/FluentContracts/FluentContracts]
I am excited and I want to ask you for feedback and pointers on what I am doing right or wrong. 🙏
What is your take on the #monorepo paradigm when talking about 100-ish services? 🤔
✅ Is it good?
❌ Is it bad?
Would you use it for non-monolithic architecture?
Any input and RT would be appreciated, so I can gather as many viewpoints as possible. 🙌

Interesting how everyone knows what SQL injections are and how to avoid them, but few people talk about URL injections (aka server-side request forgery) which are almost just as common.
If your web service passes user input to another web service via HTTP, it may be vulnerable:
Metal Christmas and Heavy New Year ya filthy animals 🤘🎆🍾
My 2024 resolution is to finally kick off my own #OSS project. Any suggestions? 🤔

I am absolutely thrilled to announce, that I will be speaking about #npm and #NuGet supply chain attacks at #DefCamp conference in Romania in November! 🫠
def.camp/speaker/todo...
Come see me 😎
The way you structure packages in the #npm world is absolute 🐕💩
I thought that NuGet and csproj files are bad.
Npm makes me want to chew through my wrists and hang myself upside down from the balcony, having “npm sucks” carved on my chest with a butter knife.
…to put it lightly
Everyone tries to be very “edgy” and “provocative” on ex-Twitter lately. It’s really annoying, if I have to be honest
DuckDuckGo For The Win!
Да, на моменти не успява да покаже това, което очакваш персонализирано, защото не пази контекст за теб, но в 95% от търсенето е супер релевантно, без досадни реклами и тракери
And please don't tell me this can be "fixed" by having mindful and genius developers, who don't assume wrong stuff. This is just #WishfulThinking.
This makes their colleagues shoot themselves in the foot colossally, by guessing how the code works, and by doing wrong assumptions pile up tons of #TechnicalDebt and regression bugs.
Do you know why I am not a big fan of #JavaScript and the idea of "this here is something, which can be anything I put there"?
This mantra "teaches" developers to constantly abuse that and work with generic data structures that do not imply their usage.

I am interested in what apps you use.
Here’s mine:

I feel uncomfortable being here without MFA of any kind. Is it just me? 🤔
