They have no choice really. This technology is here and increasingly being used by patients. Interestingly, the same technology is being used by physicians and healthcare organizations, but the two world do not intersect. This will also come.
I think it’s symbiotic: patients shape the technologies as they adopt the technologies. The next evolutions, already begun, are in #genAI and #agenticAI, which #epatients are already began to leverage to help them better understand their health, health records, & to help w/ diagnosis & navigation.
