Because some comments make me think people missed the PSAs I do semi-regularly: if you were born before 1987, you should get a MMR booster now. The second childhood dose of MMR wasn't added until 1989, and folks who were older than 2 (the age for the 2nd) may not have gotten it.
The duty of confidentiality imposed on you as a law clerk is actually incredibly opaque.
I have a vested interest in this topic since my fucking boss used those duties to tell me I couldn’t talk to even a therapist about what he did to me.

this will be my fourth year co-coordinating the clothing drive and it just keeps getting bigger. last year we distributed thousands of hats, gloves, mittens, blankets, socks, baby items, and kids' undies to the folks who come through our weekly food pantry. and it's nice yarn!
screenshot of some of the donated yarn, as listed on ravelry
my synagogue's knitting group is selling a bunch of beautiful donated yarn on ravelry to benefit our upcoming 2026 warm clothing drive! ALL proceeds will be set aside for this year's wishlist!!

ANYWAY, falling marriage rates are always cast as some sort of issue? Don't agree with that. Marriage is no longer *compulsory,* is all that tells me, and that's good. It shouldn't be.
Maybe it's because I'm Gen X, but I CLEARLY remember old, married couples who despised each other for decades.
Omg were we ever so young

watercolor painting of a half-dozen alligators in a swamp pointed in your direction. They may just be basking in the sun. With any luck, they're feeling too lazy to eat you.

Oof, so...guess what? Due to a very frustrating mistake, I had to temporarily "unpublish" my preorder option for A Waltz of Sinister Import (#3 in the Unexpected Adventures of Lady & Lord Riven)...which lost every one of its 200+ preorders! 😱
I am SO sorry for the inconvenience and frustration. 1/2

I liked this idea enough to call Congresswoman McCollum and suggest it. Had to leave it in her voice mail.
I would like to thank whoever selflessly made this Ed Gamble and James Acaster Celebrity Hunted supercut because I definitely did not want to watch the full episodes
Awful. So awful. So needlessly, horribly cruel.
My most boomer coded opinion is that I should be able to call stores and get useful information over the phone
If men were the ones who got pregnant, this would be in vending machines next to the Snickers bars.
I doubt I want to read the book but I definitely like the cover a lot
These examples are really useful in showing how little a wealth tax would hurt billionaires, and how much they would help all of the rest of us. This is more money and power than any single person should EVER have, and he is using it to destroy the institutions at the heart of American democracy.

Unless he was so awed he just forgot how to say "majesty"...? All the options are good
I'm sort of guessing about the intended spelling but I think it was intended as a noun form of magisterial. Which is extra thrilling because Merriam-Webster says this meaning is obsolete! Kyle Schwarber's home runs are so good they bring words back from obsolescence
The announcer just upped the ante with "magistery"!!!!
