If you haven't already, you might consider trying to do the trace engravings as a hemisphere (like a ball mill tool) rather than a flat bottom. It might give more uniform adhesion and cleaner results, if those tight corners are anything like I see on my FDM machines.

Found the culprit behind *all* of this stuff.

I did the first time, too! Took me quite a bit to realize the AI BS detector was going off when looking at this. Someone who actually understands how these are made could do a VERY convincing job of making AI slop, but even those that don't are close to it.

The 2nd picture shows button glyphs that are AI hallucinated (unless they really made a "L4L5" or "2S 16" button). The 3rd picture shows a switch being removed to demonstrate hotswap capability, but the AI has hallucinated another switch under it, which is obviously not physically possible. (2/2)

Due to a combination of economic, political, and personal challenges, continuing to operate is no longer sustainable. That said, this business lasted as long as it did entirely because of the incredible community around it.

After a great deal of turmoil, I’ve made the difficult decision to terminate operations of SGF Devices. Effective immediately, no new orders will be accepted, but all existing orders will be fulfilled as promised. Customer service and support will continue unchanged for the foreseeable future.

Everyone should make their own decisions, but as someone living in the US, I would advise anyone to not enter unless absolutely necessary for the foreseeable future. Things are going to be unpredictable for a while.
