The reason most of the time is that people do not arrive 15 minutes early and thus push back the start time of everyone else throughout the day. Also if the specialist works in/adjacent to hospital they may need to consult in ER sometimes. This is mildly annoying but try to be understanding.

Like the shot attempt couldn't be a scoring chance cause it was offside so how do you assess a penalty shot? But the infraction did occur so a minor is theoretically okay. Maybe? I dunno!
I mean I kind of get this one - if someone did something violent or whatever you need to penalize the team more than just an ejection - but I could not figure out how they drew a PS entirely in the o-zone. But also, how was a scoring chance eliminated to make a penalty shot if there was no play? Lol
Ok that's I guess what I was looking for. Very strange call especially for OT of a playoff game. The offside clock rollback is confusing regardless but I just couldn't figure out how you got a penalty shot call entirely in the o zone lol
What I mean is that it sounds like in a normal game this is a 2min minor call I don't get how it's a penalty shot when the entire play and foul occurred inside the zone but it's possible. I get the clock rolling back aspect is difficult but I'm just trying to come to grips with the penalty shot lol
It's just very rare to see a penalty shot on an foul INSIDE the o-zone no? how did someone get such a clear opportunity with no one between them and the goalie and enough space to make it a wide open attempt and then be fouled from behind? Usually that's someone on a breakaway from neutral zone?
Can I get someone to elaborate for me? (can't watch putting kids to bed). I get offside zone entry, delayed penalty, goal, called back for offside, but how do we get a penalty shot? How can you be offside and get a breakaway or something? Did a goalie throw his stick?
