It really was, and it was enough to make me think about what I was doing, I know its extreme but honestly best thing I ever did

I quit vaping, my experiece was a bit extreme though, I went out one Saturday afternoon for a meal, got home and had a really bad bleed from behind, absolutely convinced myself I had cancer but it was my first really bad IBS episode...just thr thought made me quit cold turkey.
