I gave Dall-E this line from Andreessen's Techno-Optimist's manifesto as a prompt:
"Universal Basic Income would turn people into zoo animals to be farmed by the state."

These were two of the best results:

"Been to NY city a few times and decided this trip to try the .99 cent slice... Taste was ok...but for $0.99 cent what do you expect?

This would be a good after hours joint near the college strip or late night club. Seedy people hang out in this joint so keep your head on a swivel."

Snorting drugs in drenched yurts and tales from the Burning Man 'mudpocalypse' The deluge that turned the playa into a giant mud pit forced revelers to hunker down in drenched tents, but calls for caution and sobriety were interpreted loosely.

Sounds like a… blast

When we reached out to Benioff, he told us that Salesforce donated $1 million to World Central Kitchen, a nonprofit entity dedicated to offering meals in the aftermath of natural disasters. Benioff cited the company’s “ongoing relationship” with chef-owner José Andrés, and added that Salesforce has also “made small donations to other Hawaiian NGOs.” An internal message seen by Fortune showed Benioff rallying Salesforce staff to join in the donation effort as well.

According to several insiders, Benioff kicked off a company-wide meeting last week with “a Hawaiian prayer, lei laying, and hula dancing.” Though the San Francisco company’s staff is well-versed in Benioff’s “Ohana” ethos, some found the pageantry awkward amid the backdrop of Maui’s raging inferno.

At Elon University, every day is a case of mistaken identity Students, faculty, and alumni of the longtime North Carolina college have an unusual relationship with the world's richest person. Elon Musk has nothing to do with the school, but that hasn't stopped ...

Elon U has been around since 1889. But students and faculty at the school today are taken for Musk disciples every time they put on a school sweater.

Can they reclaim their name?

Google has matched Microsoft in party planning A.I. Is that enough? The new A.I. search engine Google previewed at Google I/O could be transformative, but Google is rolling it out slowly

"What does it say about the hype surrounding this technology—and about the home lives of Silicon Valley executives—that generative A.I.’s real killer use case is apparently planning your kid’s party?"
