This post was facetious, but imho the most important aspect of bsky is its potential to build a decentralised architecture that's palatable (and safe) for *everyone*, as opposed to just tech nerds, or worse, a certain brand of free-speech enthusiast.

It would be extremely sad to lose sight of that.

You can use graysky to get a media tab and likes just like you’d get on Twitter. Same login. It works nicely. bsky.app/profile/emily.bsky.team/...

You can “delete” it from your profile, but there’s a record of it that anyone can see. So that’s what I mean by permanent. If you’re used to deleting tweets, it’s a change.
