Homelessness is never a choice. It often begins with a moment of crisis like illness, job loss or family breakdown and can quickly spiral into a cycle that is incredibly hard to escape without support.
We caught up with Rebecca to talk about her journey with us, stepping into a leadership role, the team she now supports, and why flexible, understanding workplaces are so important, particularly when it comes to supporting young mums to thrive at work 🤝
