Publication Day! The History Press requested a concise book sharing an overview of the late Queen's reign.
Given her longevity, & the relatively short format, it was a challenge, but hopefully it will offer readers a broader understanding of who she was & why she was so revered.
“Queen Elizabeth II: An Icon of Modern Monarchy” is available for preorder on Amazon and will be in all good bookstores on 26th March. 👑
Had fun chatting all things Queen Elizabeth II with Kinsey Schofield - lessons for today's royals, the key to her longevity, little known traits and so much more:

On the 74th anniversary of the late Queen's accession, and ahead of the centenary of her birth, I'm excited to share that my book - charting the key moments of her record-breaking reign - will be published by The History Press on March 26th.

Royal reconciliation continues to dominate headlines around the world, but I don't believe Prince William should be held responsible for its success...

With final preparations underway for the commemorations marking #VEDay80, here's a recording of the late Queen Elizabeth II sharing her memories of VE Day 1945 - one of the "most memorable nights" of her life: youtu.be/3t2rAYE7K-o?...
Despite airing his grievances in his latest interview with the BBC, Prince Harry's decision to criticize his family further has backfired spectacularly: youtu.be/9DCZjegaDgg?...
You're right across the board, Sloane and I agree with each of your points. According to Harry, he was in service when he was still a small boy not yet wearing long trousers. He is clearly tortured by a litany of perceived slights but the wider public has long ceased caring.
Ahead of the #VEDay80 commemorations set to take place across the UK this week this is a wonderful interview with Princess Margaret in which she shares her memories of the day in 1945: youtu.be/KLlBEkFGaaY?...
In an exclusive interview with the BBC, Prince Harry discussed his fight for security and the possibility of reconciliation with his family. He says he’s ready to forgive but how likely is it that they’ll forgive him?

Princess Charlotte at 10 - a great feature in today's Daily Express: www.express.co.uk/news/royal/2...
Born at St. Mary's Hospital, London on May 2nd, 2015, Princess Charlotte is skipping into her 10th birthday today. No doubt a new photo will be released to mark the occasion a few hours from now.
Happy 14th Wedding Anniversary to the Prince and Princess of Wales. The couple were married at Westminster Abbey OTD (April 29th) in 2011. As front row seats to world events go, my day with CBS News remains one of my most favorite memories.
This is a fantastic piece by the ever-reliable and accessible

A very Happy Birthday to Prince Louis who turns 7 today. Born at 11:01am BST on 23rd April, 2018 at St Mary's Hospital, London, one of his middle names is Charles in honour of his paternal grandfather, the King.
I previously highlighted a small portion of Sophie's work in a piece for 9 Honey It's an oldie, but it holds up in terms of illustrating why she remains a tremendous asset to the monarchy: honey.nine.com.au/royals/royal...
Wishing HRH The Duchess of Edinburgh a very Happy 60th Birthday. She's seen here in a new portrait taken by Christina Ebenezer at Bagshot Park earlier this month. 🎂
Following her previously unannounced visit to the Royal Marsden hospital, Peter Burton, a cancer patient who met the Princess of Wales, told the Mirror, “She made me feel like the only person in the room.”
