I'm trying to make a bottle feel transparent without actually being transparent. How would you go about doing that? I feel like a lighter colour in the middle is the way to go, but after that I'm a little lost.

Industry standard is Substance Painter. But a close second (and a one time payment) is Marmoset Toolbag. But old school is Adobe PS.

If you're just playing around and not spending money, I'd recommend colouring your texture maps in Blender though. It's simple but effective. #Blender
