Three women stand together outdoors, smiling warmly. The woman in the center, Hayto, a student from rural community in SW Ethiopia, wears a patterned sweater and a colorful headscarf. To her left, Maud Mouginot, a postdoctoral associate from Boston University, wears a sleeveless light green top and jeans, holding a notebook. On her right, Valerie Beraud, an OVRP volunteer, wears a bright pink shirt and patterned blue and green pants. The setting features greenery, a wooden fence, and soft natural light out front a home in rural Ethiopia.
In 2024, we awarded 9 scholarships to Ethiopian students, including one MD student, two vet students, and many others.
