Not everything I accidentally pause on is inappropriate. Sometimes it's just a perfect encapsulation of a show's theme.

"Daria" explores teen women in a male-dominated world. In season 3, ep. 7, Daria is told to smile for customers, which she struggles to do.

My wife and I binged all of South Park last year, so it was only a matter of time before I accidentally paused on something inappropriate. I love the subtle subtitle here.

Maybe a quarter of them are just normal pauses; she wanted to save everything to show that this was legit and I wasn't intentionally finding awkward scenes to pause on. But I'll post only the good ones. 😘

This is a screenshot from the 2024 rebooted version of the TV series Ranma ½: season 1, episode 4. This is a comedy anime series about a boy who fell into a cursed "spring of drowned girl." Now, every time he gets splashed with cold water, he turns into a girl. When splashed with hot water, he'll turn back into a boy. In this particular scene, the black-haired boy Ranma had turned into the red-headed girl Ranma when he got splashed with cold water. His unwilling (through arranged-marriage) fiancée, the blue-haired Akane, was grabbing Ranma by the front of his shirt and chewing him out when she suddenly realized "he" had turned into a "she." The screenshot shows the awkward moment when Akane realizes she's staring down at Ranma's ample bosom poking out of his half-open shirt.

About a year ago, my wife started a short-lived series called #WhereMyHusbandPausedTheMovie, showing awkward out-of-context screenshots when I walked away for a moment.

With her blessing, I'm continuing the series for her. Starting with her first post from "Ranma ½" (2024), season 1, episode 4:

If you need further proof that #Google is pushing an #agenda, here's a newsletter from my state's #Democrat US House #Representative. Sent from a .gov address too!

No matter how many times I mark these e-mails as safe, #Gmail keeps moving them to my spam folder, claiming they're dangerous.

I just found an email in my junk folder from a social media website I created an account on years ago and forgot about.

Look at that young photo! This was taken in 2015 when I was stationed in South Korea with the US Air Force. My wife and I attended a spy-themed Christmas ball, hence the tuxedo.

Scott Pilgrim vs. The World is probably my favorite film of all time! Anything that Edgar Wright touches is golden, but that film in particular is top-tier. I can't count how many times I've rewatched it over the years.

See, this is why I never order from the kiosk. I spend all day with my face buried in my phone; a little human interaction is important. And sometimes comes with little surprises.

"The Exit 8" is getting the psychological horror movie treatment! I'm stoked! I reviewed this game a year and a half ago. It's short, but fun!

I was obsessed with #Goosebumps books when I was a kid! But my mother convinced me to pack up my collection and gift it to my younger cousin one year. 😢

A few days ago, I found a complete collection in excellent condition online! Now my collection is once again complete!

I'm back to reviewing games for 2026! Today's game is "StarRupture."

It's a first-person survival crafting/factory automation game, where you play a convict sent to a distant planet to harvest resources. The catch is... the local star ruptures frequently and incinerates the whole planet surface!

I would like to announce that I just came up with a decent comeback for a comment someone made 24 years ago. I gotta make some calls, BRB.

I got into a motorcycle accident later in my career and it messed up my legs. I spent the last 4 years of my career on a no-run, no-walk medical profile. Barely qualified for retirement instead of medical separation. I gained ~60 lbs just from the inaction. I'm 100% disabled now according to the VA.
