Schadenfreude - Happened to us last year. Shouldn't have lost to Pitt by 30.
Pitt completes the sweep in football and basketball for the 2024-25 season over the rival Orange
WHEW!!! HUGE WIN FOR PITT OVER UNC! Needed this win badly.
Love that there won't be any Thurs games this year
Needed this win over SU today...were becoming a bubble team after 4 staright losses. Now keep winning please!
Seeing all 9 and 10 seed predictions for Pitt in the latest Bracketologys out there. Gotta win tomorrow vs Clemson. The schedule eases up after this one, but this is a resume building game.
Need to win this game tonight at FSU. Pitt has been slipping in the March Madness bracket predictions with the past 2 losses. Don't want to get to bubble territory like we were in last year.
From 16 pts down in the 1st half to winning by 12 pts. What a turnaround! With 2 of our best players being out no less.
just insane
bruh
keep to rolling!!!!
As expected a heavy weight fight between the cards and panthers. Let's go Pitt!!!!
A true bootlegger and a hero to Pitt football. May his memory be a blessing.
My parents and I went to the Pitt Stop on the day I officially visited Pitt after I was accepted and I remember telling Chas I had decided to become a Panther and him being incredibly excited for me
Rest in peace, and hail to Pitt. 🥃
I still have the first piece of Pitt clothing I’ve ever owned. Bought it on the corner before I even knew I would come to school here.
And that’s my quick 1st story with Chaz. There are gonna a 1000 more. RIP an absolute legend.
Wow. An institution.
Like so many Pitt grads, bought my first Pitt shirt at his stand. He’ll be surely missed.
RIP Chas Bonasorte "The Kamikaze Kid" who was a captain on the 1976 Championship team, and ran the Pitt Stop team gear store on campus and on the North Shore on game days for decades.
Post on Facebook reading: Sad news to report. A regular member here, Chas Bonasorte, has passed away. Most know him from the Pitt store he has outdoors across from the Cathedral, and on Game Days in Gold 1. He also was a member of the 1976 National Championship team and known affectionately as The Kamikaze Kid, and was Tony Dorsett's roommate for road games (which he proudly would tell everyone). I will always think of him as I wear the Pitt varsity jacket I got from him (in my profile pic). RIP Chas.
Coming from Facebook: word is Pitt Stop legend and member of the ‘76 championship team, “Kamikaze Kid,” Chas Bonasorte has passed away.
