I thought the first ep of DTF St Louis looked unusually good and engagingly odd. Only just found out it's from the guy who done Patriot, which was terrific in exactly the same way.

Yeah, that was bad. Sorry.

Still, if you put a curse on us, it really worked.

Some people fail to see what's staring them in the face.

Lots of political opinions thrown about but none seem to get a grip on the difficult truth Britain can't really move forward with Sheffield Wednesday in its current predicament.

Until we're in the Premier League again, the nation will remain riven with strife.

I'd like to point out that this comparison, which though may have been made for the sake of humour, is in fact inaccurate.

I tend to forget how thoroughly incredible Chrissie Hynde is.

It's that thing Private Eye bang on about where they get more clicks from right wing Americans so their content is now aimed at them.

Amazed that the crowd can be arsed with all the chanting and that.

Don't subsidise energy prices during a supply crisis: give cash transfers to low-income and vulnerable households instead.

@thecricketdraft.bsky.social Lots of irritating bugs to start the season! I blame removal of the "swipe right" feature.

Honestly if he carries on being this funny for a decade or so, Matt Goodwin could actually be a net positive.

Given that the higher education sector brings more money into the country, he'll probably be in favour of less regulation there too? Oh.

I dunno what you mean. I was just saying in the pub that my gen z kids can't get enough of the outsider lyrics I loved from the Frankenstein's monster music I used to listen to.

Today is only Day 6 of The International Break.

There are still another 14 days until Premier League hostilities can resume.

What a crock of shit situation to find ourselves in as March turns into April.

Seems like Apple has totally botched introducing age verification.

My mum has just updated her phone and suddenly needs to verify her age. She doesn't have a credit card. She doesn't drive, so has no driver's licence. There are literally no other options for her to verify her age.

Indeed. My continuing contention is that at the very least the cost of living crisis is only as important as the impact on life of the most intense period of change *ever*, and that it might well be the case that the latter is actually more important to general discontent.

After I die, I'm going to have a big birthday party with a huge cake and you're not going to be invited, so what do you think about THAT?
