Say you want to copy a block of code to paste in a GitHub comment. Copying and pasting directly can be ugly, because the copied block can have leading indents or tabs for indentation (which looks terrible in gh comments). Solved with this custom copy function!

Which is a bit hard to use a passkey if you can no longer enter anything for that pin...so attempts were made 🤷‍♀️

So my attempt was to use a passkey + hardware authentication on a Google account. Getting this setup is all good but the trouble come in with a mobile device. You can use your hardware key with the phone (nfc or usb) buuut Google literally hides the keyboard for typing in the pin.

Trying out passkeys over using passwords, and I have definitely had some mixed results especially with attempting to login via mobile device vs computer.

Yea, someone made those pricey custom choices with intention.
