Should've known it was you guys all along. Sign O' The Times, indeed!

As someone who has gone to quite a few weddings these past few years and later regretted it, this was quite cathartic for me.

If you like laughing at things we're not supposed to joke about, then boy, THE DRAMA is a heckuva movie. It feels a little dangerous, full of uncomfortable laughs, teetering on the edge of tastelessness, like it's trying to start an argument. By the end I was howling. So were the 2 people behind me.

This week's #Blakes7 review is a story with a decent, powerful story at its heart - but is rather insensitively handled.

THIS WEEK… on No It’s Not Doctor Who

What will @toohot4tv.bsky.social make of the first season of Star Trek The Next Generation?

Does it deserve its reputation or is it good fun? And do we have anything positive to say about Wesley Crusher?

Even when his on-and-offscreen behaviour threatens to turn everything into The Tom Baker Show in later seasons, there’s still something so oddly fascinating & magnetic about him. He left such an indelible mark. Still the most recognisable face of Doctor Who for me (with apologies to David Tennant).

I mean he IS just The Doctor, isn’t he? (The definite article, you might say!) The commanding, sonorous voice, that consternated look about him, the playful charm, the weirdo line-readings… He can be utterly lovely & utterly ALIEN at the same time, but his impish delight with Sladen is my favourite.

Seems like voice-work is slowly creeping back into my life again... I just successfully landed a casting role in something this month after auditioning for it last week purely on a whim. Happy days!
