Some is probably right - based on what i have been seeing in my supply chain - most of our suppliers are eating most of the smaller tariffs.
But when you get into these 30 - 145% Chinese tariffs, no company can absorb all of it. We are usually seeing price increases of 5-10% at wholesale.

Those shareholders need their money.

As I am stuck being one of this blowhole's constituents - we have a wonderful nickname around here for "Just Dave" since he got to Congress and that is "Do Nothing Dave".

He is also one of those who hides from his constituents and even before all this was about as useful as tits on a bull.

Because the DOJ and ICE have admitted that this was an error - a) it could cause a review of everyone who was detained
b) will win this guy a lot of money
c) will be talked about in media for a while, every interview with him
d) mess up the narrative

My suppliers are already telling me to expect 10-100% up charges depending on country of origin. Stuff I import directly comes with a tariff bill.

My business is about to be crippled - the custom print industry brings in almost everything from overseas and we are looking at between 10% and now 104% tariffs on everything. Several of my industry friends (including myself) are considering changes in occupations.
