After months I was finally able to get back into my account mostly to get Alibris to answer me since their customer service is atrocious.

@alibris.com I want the books that you charged me for or my money back. This is absolutely terrible customer service!

@alibris.com I want to know what is going on with my order that I put in on the 21 of November. Your customer service is absolutely terrible and you make it almost impossible to contact you. The emails I am sending keep getting rejected saying your server is full.
