Sure! I doubt that though, given that german and english come from the same linguistic tree. I have a few Taiwanese friends, and from my knowledge of the language they taught me, it‘s much less that they have specific words but more combining concepts together to make up a new meaning.
Since german is generally a very direct language, reizlos it is spoken as a matter of fact and does not really have a negative meaning behind it, so that may be what you are looking for?
