Its not very italian, but I've made peapesto and it is very tasty! 3dl green peas, 1dl sunflower seeds (or other as u mention in ur post), nutritional yeast, a bit of lemon juice (and mby some basil if u want) + add a bit of water to smooth it all out. I use it on bread when I have soup βοΈβ¨
