So stoked to share that last night, my fourth novel YEAH THE BOYS (the sequel to INVISIBLE BOYS) won the $50,000 Minderoo Artist Fund Award for 2025. 🤯🤯

My short story "Cure" that got selected as part of the Valentine's Day special for the Short Story Dispenser at Raine Square. So cool to be part of that. It was also showcased at the State Library, alongside other selected pieces, thanks to Writing WA Hope you enjoy the read! 😁

My first draft is officially done. Promised myself back in January to complete my book by the end of 2024. And now, it's done.

I didn't want to limit myself today as I take the weekend off from writing.

I wrote until I felt I had done as much as I could while still aiming for 2000 words. Biggest writing session in a while for me so that's cool.

My routine at the moment: wake up at 3am, stream at 4am, gym at 7am, writing at 9am, YouTube or admin work in the arvo and chill. Important to relax, lol. It's working pretty good so far. I managed to write 2145 words today. Huzzah. Hope your Thursday is going well! 😁 #writing #writer #author
