Today, Member Chapman briefed #NewYork lawmakers about the 2013 #NTSB safety recommendation to all 50 states, DC, & Puerto Rico to establish a per se BAC limit of .05 or lower. "A .05 BAC limit will save lives & cut the number of avoidable alcohol-impaired driving crashes."
