I had a yellow Miata a long time ago, and hoo boy was it yellow.

What data? You see stories about Teslas that have had fires because that’s what you’ve trained the algorithms to show you. In the US annually there are 200,000+ vehicle fires and 600+ deaths from those fires. I’ll bet you only read about the few involving a Tesla.
When I saw new Equinox EVs being advertised for $22k I seriously considered replacing our CR-V second car with one. Then I compared the size to the 5th gen CR-V and realized it’s bigger. Won’t fit in the garage.
It’s not as roomy inside as a Model Y though.
Do you give this virtuous finger from a virtuous oil-burning vehicle then go home and post about how we need to do something about climate change and no more wars for oil?
There’s no agree or disagree. You believe a falsehood.
I’d avoid a used Leaf or Bolt unless it’s going to be a local car only. The new Leaf and Bolt can hang with big boys now.
The Equinox has to be the best new car deal.
Horseshoe Theory demonstrated again.
There are many many new EVs in the $35-45k range.
Since there’s no more tax credit for new I strongly recommend buying a used EV. Let someone else take the depreciation.
Excellent “priceless Steinway” reference.
The actions you just described ARE textbook fascism.
Fortunately there’s an amendment to the Constitution that would stop you.
Remember any legal framework created to punish conservative viewpoints can be used against liberal viewpoints when the political tides turn.
Nolan’s script inadvertently showed the difference between dads’ treatment of daughters and sons. 79 Murphs, 19 Toms.

No $8,000 car would be coming to North America. The absolute cheapest EVs available in the EU are €18,000 before incentives. The BYDs start at €20,000, or $23,000. I’ve seen the new Equinox EV reduced to $22,000.
BYD’s growth has been extraordinary, but in Europe if not for counting plug in hybrids they wouldn’t be in the top 20.
Europe is protecting their own and has made VW the biggest EV seller if you include Skoda, VW, Audi, Porsche. But in February Tesla was Europe’s biggest EV maker.
Tesla has less than half the EV market in the US. How is that a monopoly?
The 100% Chinese EV tariff implemented by President Biden in 2024 was to protect all domestic EV manufacturing in concert with the IRA bill incentives for domestic EV manufacturing.
These comments proving your point.
Toyota has become a flat-out climate villain, only behind Chevron and Exxon in lobbying against the environment.
There is much to like about the BZ4X, but don’t try to take it on a road trip. It’s as if they sabotaged the charging so buyers would return to gas cars.

A Bolt is a fine city-only car or a 2nd car, but it is tiny and the fast charging is so slow it would require incredible patience to take on any trip.
Chevrolet ended production over a year ago to focus on their more modern and more expensive EVs (Blazer and Equinox).
How about you fuck right off?
Then keep fucking off.
When you get to a wall that says “No More Fucking Off,” climb on over it, dream the impossible dream, and keep fucking off.
fast charging isn’t fast at all. It would be terrible to take on a trip.
The Model Y has replaced our ICE as the main family car because it’s roomy and capable of going anywhere. Making an EV our primary car and displacing gasoline was my top priority.
There is supposed to be a revised Bolt coming for the 2026 model year but Chevrolet hasn’t shown any photos or given any updates. Until some are seen testing on the roads, it’s not close to release.
I considered getting a 2023 Bolt EUV, but that is strictly a second car. It’s tiny, and it’s
The comments. This place is wild. And infested with hypocrites who love to tell others how to live but won’t lift a finger to reduce their own carbon emissions.
Polestar is made by a Chinese company. Not exactly a beacon of human rights.
Chevrolet stopped building the Bolt at the end of 2023. Maybe don’t bother commenting on things you know nothing about.
Horseshoe Theory: When the left wing BS about EVs becomes indistinguishable from the right wing BS about EVs because you hate Elon Musk more than you love the planet.
Hybrids are gas cars. The most efficient ones are 1/2 to 1/3 as efficient as an electric vehicle.
Stop spreading false BS. Instead of hauling around a house with wheels with a massive gas guzzling dually truck, travel in an EV and stay in cabins and B&Bs.
Toyota makes one electric car and it’s terrible. You really shouldn’t comment on things you don’t understand.
Finally a breath of sanity on this insane asylum of an app.
If you’re posting anti-Tesla stuff and you either don’t own a car or have another EV, fair enough. But if you drive a gasser and think you’re virtue signaling, you’re not. You’re just being a hypocrite who won’t put up OR shut up.
He hasn’t ended the EV tax credit if that’s what you’re referring to and Tesla stock is down half of one percent since January 21.
big vehicles, the truck is long enough to not fit in many garages.
The Model Y competes against RAV4s and CR-Vs.
Direct competition to Rivian is more like the Model X and Cybertruck.
