Not to mention over all Panumbra would probably be way to playful to be a proper mount imagine preparing for battle only for your dragon so suddenly vier off course because he saw a flock of birds or a butterfly. Or alternatively having to be a dragons paw cushion be they keep making biscuits on you
Random thought: having Panumbra be your dragon as a dragon rider would be awful. First of all I imagine Lung (noodle) dragons would be pretty un comfy to ride due to how they move. Secondly I can only imagine some poor rider getting ether frozen or just flattened by him by accident (or on purpose).
