there are also four categories :
the toilet can flush - with an action initiated by the player, the toilet "flushes" (drains itself of its contents). this can be indicated by animation, text or solely through sound effects. does not need to be repeatable

the toilet can't flush

for full transparency, here's my criteria for inclusion :
- there is a toilet in a game, either visually depicted or through text
- toilets cover any number of structures used to collect and eliminate sophont waste. I am erring on the side of inclusion here, urinals count

to be clear, this is a case of "a toilet get flushed" rather than something the player instigates. I am growing and learning and will surely be punished for my mistakes

though there is an unflushable toilet later in the game

if there's an actual flush-able toilet in fallout NV I wasn't going to look for it, this is literally the first toilet I could find from booting up.
