Buying a book after not yet reading any of the five I bought last week, as a little treat.

Have always wondered why ‘for’ is a coordinating conjunction when it basically means ‘because’, but ‘because’ is a subordinating conjunction. Anyway, found this explanation and I can’t believe I didn’t think of it before 🤯 grammar is mad

Our “no-marking” marking policy does actually require marking😅but I will say we use colour coding with highlighting and the children become well trained in knowing what colour means which! I find that finding the time for editing afterwards is the hardest for them!
