My volume 16 looks like this too. It has bugged me for two decades now! ...but I also prefer having a first-printing, so it's fine.

Slightly related, but one of my volumes during the Piccolo Daimao arc, iirc, repeats a chapter in the same book. Not sure if that was a widespread misprint or not.
