Definitely a Wii U.

I love that the text is on a different ellipse curve than the circle it's in.
Ok, I figured that was the case because there has to be at least one open space, but I have a little bastard (at the game table, not in general) of a nephew who plays by the "if it's not banned in the rules it's a viable strategy" ethos.
Oh a third thing, if I move a tile with a ship on it next to a tile with a black hole (BH), can I use the primary wave to simply put the ship into the BH? Rules call for there to be at least 1 non-BH space when I move a ship tile, my guess is no? Or does the cadet choose ship movement in that case?
I'm trying to figure out what keeps me from just never moving a specific color tile so that The Cadet never gets the materials they need to finish all their bases.
Second, if I'm out of materials for a color, am I allowed to move that color since I won't be able to place materials on adjacent empty spaces? Do I need as many materials as there will be empty spaces at that tile's end placement?
First, the rules say "When you've placed all Black Holes by moving tiles of each color". Does that mean only one black hole per color, and as a follow-on that I can only move a color if there isn't already another tile of that color with a black hole on it?
@mutantpizza.bsky.social Picked up Color Space at the Indie Night Market at PAX, and I have some rules clarification questions for "The Space".

I can't believe I got to witness this not once, but a second, more disturbing and passive aggressive time.
Day 2 of #paxeast. Last night's dinner at Pastoral wasn't #margaritaquest, but breakfast today is J Pace & Sons, so we're making progress.
It's day 1 of #paxeast, so yesterday was night 1 of #Margaritaquest. First stop: Citrus and Salt
One of my favorite things about every bank and credit card company offering free credit score monitoring is that it just pulls the curtain back so you can see it's all made up.
Four separate services this week have given me four different scores and analyses.
I've pined for it to all my friends for years, and they keep saying the same thing: "Tristan none of us know what you're talking about please pick a normal thing to yearn for for once."
Dear god I hate that system so much. I've had to send in so many screenshots of my blank calendar to prove I was "ready and available for work" between the hours of 7am and 6pm, which are apparently normal working hours for marketers according to them.

Does this return mean there's a chance you'll finally actually really come to Seattle to do a live show? I've been waiting for so long, please don't wait until there's another global pandemic to plan a show.
No, but I can see where you're coming from.

This PBS special of Il Mondo has inexplicable 2000's worship leader vibes. It's got it all: lead who is taking it a little too lustily, guy dressed like a 50 year old lesbian, nice guy who will realize he's gay in 13 years, perfectly-timed descent down the stairs... youtu.be/b06_ffOYE4U?...
The first 20 seconds felt like the background music of every Nintendo DS mystery game "putting the clues together/what you've learned at the end of the chapter" sequence from my childhood.
Heretic is a deeply unsatisfying way to spend 2 hours. It's a tortured visual representation of a reddit debate thread between a neckbeard atheist and an evangelical self-styled intellectual that I could have read in 15 minutes.
So happy that my hue system has decided that at least 1 bulb in every room should be a Christmas light at the same time every day.
In my bedroom it's this green one (ignore the third light that just decided it no longer lights up). In my office it's hot pink. The living room is blue at 10pm daily.

Got rid of my tree this year because I didn't feel like making room for it, turns out the best alternative is "everything I used to move to make room for the tree"

weโve been waiting FIVE YEARS for this. the culmination of @thetriscuit.bsky.social and my sonic journey
The old ways must be upheld, lest we fall into chaos. And so, @regretagarbo.rip and I return once again to the theater, meats and cheeses in hand, to view the new Sonic movie.
If they gave it a home, I bet the existing paying subscriber base would have zero issue paying a couple dollars more per month to support it being free for anyone to watch.
