Good spot for a new pedestrian and cycle bridge here in Bristol harbourside.
Paid for from the Western Harbour development in Hotwells. #Bristol.

They are typically edge of village or town so ideal for local families wanting to stay in their own community.
If there’s no appetite then what’s the alternative? Alms Houses?
Thanks for help, guidance and any insight.
Are there any South West RP’s out there buying homes like this at the moment?
Seems to me these new energy efficient accessible homes would be perfect for a smaller
RP with a modest acquisition programme.
Affordable Homes in Devon and Somerset
I’m looking at a number of modest housing developments in rural Devon and Somerset that benefit from planning consent, but finding there is a lack of appetite from RP’s to take the allocated affordable homes (typically social rent) as often its “only” 3 or 4.
Lovely light this morning.
