Our plumbings finally fixed!!!

Maintenance ghosted us last week. Turns out both the entire maintenance crew AND our complex manager got fired 💀

So the new guy sent over the new maintenance ppl and they fixed it in a few hours.

I have the invoices set for multiple payment and it reminds them on the due dates for each payment, but that doesn’t do much half of the time :( either people don’t check their email or they ignore it until I personally bring up the late payment a day or two later.

I might just make it a rule in my tos that if you don’t pay promptly on the due dates you won’t be able to request payment plans in the future.

I offer payment plans bc it’s convenient for clients, so I won’t stop anytime soon. And when the client is diligent about paying on the agreed upon payment dates, I’m super happy with the agreement. I don’t even mind if they let me know they’ll be a few days late. I just don’t like having to ask.

But also like, I gotta pay my bills and buy groceries and I can’t do that if you don’t make your payments on time QQ please 🙏

Once again wishing I didn’t do payment plans for rigging.. I just really hate having to ask every time a payment is due 😭 I feel like I’m begging.. but I’ve done the work so I’m owed it. It just sucks. I wish people would remember to pay on time or check their email for invoice reminders 🥺

Okay owh is probably not returning in April. But we’ll be getting the plushies that were on preorder in April 🥹 so that’s still a win!

Maintenance came to fix our bathroom (sink toilet and tub won’t drain). I gave them a list of the things I’d already tried in my email and they still spent 3 hours trying the things I told them I had already done..now the toilets leaking onto the floor. They said they’ll have to come back tomorrow💀
