And so, another OC thread done.
If you're wondering about his sister, I plan to talk about her next week.
I'll see you then.
- He tried fighting the Guardian of the Elders multiple times, never managing to defeat it. While his tenacity earned him the Guardians respect, he kept challenging it, until he finally defeated it.
- The scars across his right eye are from a fight with the Guardian.
During the fights against the demons, he eventually reunited with his sister (more on her in a later thread). Following the Legion's defeat, Xióngmo returned to wandering Azeroth, sometimes alone, sometimes together with his sister.
He regularly returned to the Wandering Isle, in case his sister had returned there, but no one there had heard from her either.
When the Legion invaded, Xióngmo was at the Peak of Serenity. He helped defend the Monastery, and joined the Order of the Broken Temple.
After the war in Pandaria was over, he also searched there. He stayed a while at the Tian Monastery and the Peak of Serenity, continuing his training as a monk. Throughout his search, he found some people that had met his sister, but none knew where she was now. Nevertheless, Xióngmo continued.
Finally, his graduation came, around the time the Alliance Airship Skyseeker crashed on the Isle. When Aysa and Ji left to join the Alliance and Horde, Xióngmo accompanied the latter to Orgrimmar. After joining the Horde, he started to search for his sister, traveling most of Kalimdor and the EK.
After she left, Xióngmo eagerly awaited both her return and his graduation. She returned a few times, always telling stories of the people outside the Isle, but never staying long. After some time, she didn't return. Xióngmo was worried, since she had promised to visit regularly, but stayed.
He grew up together with his older sister, and the two had a very close bond. After graduating Shang Xi's Academy, his sister decided to explore the world. Xióngmo wanted to come with her, but she told him to finish his studies at the academy first. Once he graduated, they would journey together.
It's the weekend, and you know what that means: Another OC thread!
This week, we have Xióngmo, from the Wandering Isle.

It has been a while since I started writing threads about my WOW Chars, so I think it's time for a thread collecting them all.

Well, another one done.
It's really interesting how writing these threads help me figure out some parts of the backstory, or even make me change them while writing. I'm glad I started writing these, even if almost nobody seems to read them.
Anyway, looking forward to next week!
He made a new vow, to only fight to protect others, and only kill when absolutely necessary. With this new outlook, he helped fight back the demons.
When Kul Tiras rejoined the Alliance, he returned home after many years, reconnecting with his people, and eventually returning to service.
When the Burning Legion returned, he joined the Earthen Ring to act as a healer. However, during a mission, his group was attacked by demons, and were overwhelmed. Realizing his vow not to fight would get all of them killed, he directed the fury of the elements at the demons, saving the group.
After the Cataclysm, when the elements were in disarray, he traveled Kalimdor to try and soothe them. He was still on his journey when Theramore was destroyed by the mana bomb. Not feeling comfortable returning there, he continued his journey, even visiting the Eastern Kingdoms.
Feeling guilty for partaking in the attacks, Tidvard did not stay in Theramore, but built himself a small home at the coast, not far from the city. He lived in isolation as a hermit, vowing not to fight anymore. Instead, he tried to help whoever he could.
