Yeah, annoying but also kind of understandable I guess. I’ll stay with them for now, mainly for the access
to Apple promos and bookstore.com. And because I couldn’t be bothered to move.

Do you know, I think I would!
“Narnia Door” detail showing a carved wooden fawn with Pan pipes.
It’s also flanked by some equally pagan Pan-like fawns - supposedly the inspiration for Mr Tumnus.
I read and loved these books as a boy, and I had no conception of them being a Christian parable. In some way, with these symbols, there was clearly a lot of Paganism going on too. Which I like.
Detail of the “Narnia Door” in Oxford, supposedly depicting Aslan but actually a carved Green Man.
A picture of the so-called “Narnia Door” in Oxford, that would have been very familiar to C. S. Lewis. This carving is supposedly the inspiration for Aslan - but it’s clearly a (very pagan) Green Man.
Diversification is good! I do much better on Kobo than Amazon for instance.
The only thing I can see to do is to tale part in retailer promos. Have you signed up to get the emails about those?
That was my reading of it, too. I don’t like fees such as this on principle, but perhaps this will encourage me to get over their $100 annual minimum somehow.
I like the D&D ones. These are from the USA?
That’s funny. Or maybe you could have a Sgt. Pepper’s style infinite runout groove and constantly redirects your reader back to the start of the last paragraph.
I do agree. I think I’ve made it through two Avatar films and I always feel like they’re just flashy and somewhat dull Le Guin ripoffs. But I guess people like them!
It’s a great book isn’t it? Also, isn’t Avatar basically just this book?
How have I got a raging cold AND hay fever at the same time? I mean, come on.
The cover of The Twisted Road, depicting a Möbius Strip-shaped space station above Mars.
Just days after the release of The Twisted Road, I’ve completed the first draft of The Infinite Road, the Möbius Sequence book 0.
This one turned out a bit longer. Please don’t tell @elsewhen.press that it’s around 120,000 words!

Yes, fingers crossed!
A small lake surrounded by trees beneath a blue sky.
Lovely day here today.
Or even “Thursday”.
This is part of the “Curly Wurly” parkrun, which seemed appropriate for Easter. I like that this bit looks like part of an impressionist or abstract painting.
Spiralling colourful lines plotting a run.
Part of the plot of yesterday’s parkrun.
Yes, true in coding too.
I certainly would!
Ooh, I spot two of my books there!
Does Swedish pop need provoking? It seems fine to me.
Agreed, really enjoyed it. Have you had your break?
The day before Good Friday should be called Quite Good Thuraday.

I think it’s all a jokey reference to “Little Whinging”, home of the Dursleys in the books. Agree with Tennant, absolutely.
I can only agree!
