Statutory presumptions count, but I have generally avoided them in the book, on the basis below. But there might be one or two that are so important that they rate a mention. My concern is that the Corps Act has a stack!

Yes, I should have been clearer. I am focussed on presumptions relating to fact-finding, not presumptions of statutory interpretation!
