Just rolled credits on Mafia: The Old Country and enjoyed it way more than expected. It's honestly really nice to play something with low-investment gameplay and a straightforward, well delivered story. Nothing as deep as an RPG, nothing as wide as GTA. Looks pretty and runs for 12hrs.

Finished Consume Me Chapter 4 tonight! Really liked the school setting and the animations for calling on Oliver were very fun! I am exhausted now though and would like to head to bed 😅

To a T using the singing trio as a 4th wall break reacting to the story to help transition from scene to scene was really clever. My Name is Giraffe or whatever the song is called being used as basically an ad break was also great. I gotta add that to my Spotify.
The way To a T presents it's story has so much sauce. I finished it over a few weekends, just playing a few episodes to start my morning. The theme song is perfectly silly and everything about the game is so comforting, from the characters to the island itself. Starts off slow but it GOES PLACES.

Usually, video game trailers that show gameplay show successful gameplay, because presumably that's what sells
But, I guess to tamp down on depictions of gory violence, the Resident Evil Requiem footage in today's Nintendo Direct showed some missed attacks.
Frankly, it made it feel more authentic
