I still can’t believe how much EMDR therapy helped me. The trauma’s still there, and will never be 100%, but it doesn’t control me anymore.

I was also diagnosed with Chiari Malformation I, which affects the brain and memory amongst other things, but even with that, I’m in a much better place. now.

Feeling a tad better today, but unfortunately I lost my sense of smell 😔 Taste is good thank God. The last few days have been hell y'all.

Treating myself today and door dashing some Middle Eastern food (chicken shawerma and lentil soup). Aside from Mexican, Middle Eastern is food for the soul.

We had over 100 people come to our roundtable this morning and we can't thank everyone at GDC enough for choosing to spend time with us.
