A low-resolution drawing depicting a set of buildings beneath a rocky overhang. A person sits in front of the stairs going down to the underground doorway of the foremost building. this is just krita 5.3 liveposting now but it is crazy that you can do stuff like this without rasterizing thanks to the typesetting mode, total dream feature

They also wear a top & bottom that share a similar set of themes: furred trim, & a hanging pieces of fabric with similar designs. They hold a staff, the end lightly dug into the sandy ground beneath. Behind them, the title of the piece sits. A label above that shows a crab claw clacking & hand giving a thumbs up, surrounded by a number of different doodles of crab species. A text box sits in the label, saying, “Crab Forgiveness Programme.” Below the title of the piece, another reads, “I think we can be friend.”

ehehe tyyy as usual. i don't really recall how i was thinking about colors on this one, but i recall it being very fun to make

They wear a sports-like bra mostly obscured by their arm, which features a long, red glove, with an emblem on the left hand. They also wear a set of leggings, which a set of ribbons hang an emblem from. Their lengthy tail wraps down, with conical protrusions towards the end & mid-point. The tail ends in a clean, cylindrical cap with a dark circle in the center. The name of the character is scattered around the piece, one beneath an ambiguous 11 or 12 pointed star, & one above text reading, “Sever & find something new.” In the bottom corner, it continues, “How much to cut. How deep into the nocturnal, until you find “NEW”.”

A set of notes for ourselves, showing a palette important within the design of South Ciahmol Expanse, showing the ratios they are considered at, a few gamut masks showing the shape of the color as well as their lightness levels, a few different outfit sketches, particular shapes & patterns to keep in mind for the shape design surrounding the area, & a little sketch with someone thinking the phrase “South Ciahmol,” & the title of the piece lining the bottom. There’s a set of two written notes, reading, “Functionally, try to use [at least] one of these colors when designing. & if not, keep in mind the color relation! Where cuth may shine, ptal dulls, & where ptal shines, cuth dulls. But there is usually some overlap!”
