I do prefer AI when it's combined with mixed media. It's like special effects with practical effects in movies.
IMHO AI is an evolutionary form of art. When digital mediums came out, people got pissy that it was starting to overshadow traditional art as being 'too easy'
I mean, any idiot can pick up a pencil or write a prompt but it takes thought and skill to make art.
If you want to pay for an artist to help create art, or create it yourself for us to use we totally are donation supported. If you’re serious about fighting AI that’s how to do it. We will wait.

@fundaypawpet.bsky.social has run for 25 years operating at a loss. They used copyrighted music and media a lot when they could get the licenses.
Anybody seriously against their use of AI should provide the means for the licenses instead of complaining, threatening members, and attacking the show.
