Last day of #memademay in my pink denim Burda overalls f/ Jul ‘23 and a rtw tank that I tie-dyed with bleach. I only wear these overalls a few times a season, but I always get compliments on them. This rtw tank had a bleach stain on it so I tie-dyed with bleach to cover it up.
Ohh what a cool variation on a floral print!
I wore this exact outfit (except different shoes) a second time later in the month.

#memademay Mirror selfie on the road to the north woods for a trail race. I knit this alpaca Cobblestone Hoodie in KP Andean Treasure in May ‘21. I knit it to have something more elevated than a sweatshirt during pandemic lockdown, and I still think it fits the bill. I’d like a second in a neutral.

#memademay Wfh in my vintage McCalls linen shorts again. I spent a lot of time last autumn/winter sewing really detailed garments to wear to the office, so it’s kind of nice to crank out a few pairs of these shorts this month and wear them a lot.
I call it my donut shop dress bc the color combo ended up feeling very 1950s-style bakery employee to me! Gonna try to fix it this week: replace white buttons with covered buttons in the coral fabric, remove the blue belt loops, and make a coral belt so I can choose between that & a blue belt.

#memademay in my Itch to Stitch Cantabria dress from Jul ‘24. 2nd time wearing it this month. I wear this dress pretty much weekly in season so I’d like another one that’s similarly versatile. I made a 2nd one in blue and coral but the colors are too much so I’m trying to fix it.
Perfect combo!
