Well, the one thing we know they will NOT due is lower the price to any appreciable degree. All the rest of it will be stuff they already wanted to do, regardless of what's actually in whatever report they produce.
I saw a guy sitting at a light in one the other day. I've seen plenty of them and heard the tales of people being trapped. I genuinely assumed you couldn't lower the windows at all.
Often, when a collection agency buys your allegedly unpaid bill, they do not have the original itemized charges. You are entitled to those. If they cannot produce them, they will try to mess with your credit. But you can counter that.
A phone carrier that rhymes with horizon once tried that crap. I wrote a letter requesting an itemized account of each charge in writing within two weeks. Absent that, I would consider our business concluded. Later, I sent that letter to Experian and they wiped the "unpaid" charge.

One thing people should understand is that once you walk into a store, they can do a lot of stuff to you in "defense" of their property.
