Result was never in doubt when the families' board game preferences were revealed. Merry Christmas!

This is great. The 'people' cards are the trickiest to maintain in the game, as we have to try to second-guess who might have drifted out of general public recognition. But it's stuff like this that keeps us going... Merry Christmas!!!

Love seeing stuff like this. Retro packaging - plus a reminder that board games are generally better value today than they were in 1999. (we would say that, obv - but not just our ones)

We hope that part of the game's magic is that actual fact aren't that important. All that's required is ONE team mate who ALSO thought that Marilyn Monroe was a noted bowls player. #easywin

'Opposite of a cat' crops up a lot as a theoretical example when people talk about the game - but we do see a lot of genuine examples of people who've inexplicably used (eg) 'opposite of lettuce', and their team mate has (also inexplicably) correctly guessed 'cucumber'. It's a brain thing...

Wow - that's a genuine retro classic! TBH this is the first blue one I can ever recall seeing in the wild - tell them to cherish it! (Best way of approximately dating them is by looking at the 'person' category on the cards - watch out for all those 1980s TV stars)

We like to cover our bases. Ummm... was this in the same set? I'd better make a note of this.

Annnndddd... here's a blog about the revamped virtual cards. Enjoy. www.drumondpark.co.uk/blog/about-v...

VIRTUAL CARDS UPDATE - we've rebuilt the code behind this (which was originally set up in a tearing hurry, when COVID first came in). Now a little more elegant; still free to use.

BONUS - hidden in there: a few dozen new official Articulate! words to describe. We'll blog about this at some point...

Thank you! (sorry for v belated reply, just set up an account and searched for the hordes of people that are surely mentioning us, and you are LITERALLY THE ONLY ONE)

Er, so we're over here now. Not to say/do anything in particular. I think they call it a 'presence' - but really just us in the 'Articulate' office, keeping an eye out for funny stuff surrounding the game. Especially bad players.

Which used to be the absolute BEST part of our 'job'.
