If it's the case, how a studio is able to control anything if they don't implement/use the api upfront and any Nvidia user can force it.
On top of that, assuming it's Nvidia's implem, Huang is somewhat saying Nvidia's artists are either bad or have very bad tastes.
Also "artistic control" over what? They are showing up a tech over an existing game which means it apparently could be enabled without implementing the api... unless, they actually asked each studio in that demo to do the implem (which I highly doubt as I'm pretty sure Capcom would have go "eew!").
