agree, and with Lynnwood increasing housing density it makes perfect sense to increase walkers and community building with neighborhood cafes (though it really is one of the worst cities in the area and doesn't seem to be getting much better).

I had my bike stolen, reported it and homeowners insurance (with deductible) helped buy a new one, a year later it showed up in the police evidence room. Insurance said I could buy it back (could not afford it) but they ended up giving it back right around xmas, best gift ever.

it is kind of difficult to feel sorry for someone living in Maple Leaf trying to get to SLU- try living in Everett or Lake Stevens (so that you can afford a house) and commuting to Swedish Hospital or Harborview to be a healthcare provider.
