There is currently a group of girls who are eating lunch in my room and they are having a wedding where one girl is marrying her granola bar, and another one is performing the ceremony….

This is concerning. I lived in BC. We had mostly small earthquakes with the occasional larger one. Houses didn’t have basements. Materials were used to limit structural damage. We don’t do that here. Buildings will suffer structural damage insurance will not cover.
Honestly, it's like the people in this fracking session can't hear themselves. They've talked about: poisoned water, drought, earthquake risk, and risk to health. Why would we do this? There were very good reasons for the fracking ban. It's like we've lost our minds.
As it should. We should all be there, and this loud.
Dear Premier, Tourism jobs are REAL JOBS. Stop conflating your misogyny with reality.
While it's nice that Perkins House received CMAP funding to stay open this summer, it means we're now using CMAP to try and fix big cuts when even that program was reduced by 50%. This means other small museums have less chance to get funded.
7) Generative AI is intellectual theft 8) Generative AI has been linked to psychosis 9) data centres steal and store user information 10) generative AI is not even a little accurate way too often 11) generative AI discriminates against women and minorities 12) AI enriches billionaires not us
My issue with data centres is 1) the warming factor 2) the square foot land usage 3) the effect on the power grid and/or the creation of an emitting power station to run it 4) the lack of good economic results for surrounding community 5) water usage and effect on community 6) Generative AI is slop
Oh absolutely. It’s just, some lesser men might be threatened by not being the most popular in the room. Clearly that’s not these men.
I love they all recognize him but not the President sitting next to him. I also love that both men are good with this.
If you’re an artist in #NovaScotia, you may want to talk with Tim.

Winner is: Allergies.
´tis the season to play everyone’s favourite game: Covid or Allergies.
Maybe if America stayed out of other countries affairs.
Hopefully, there are no complications from this. Imagine putting your kids in that level of needless danger.
I just wish fewer of them were sick or injured.
Agreed. We have one in our house and our kids apartment. But the fire marshal is convinced, despite all evidence that, CRboxes don’t work and pose a fire hazard. Neither of these things are true.
I changed the filter in the Austin I was given by the school for other health reasons in 2020 ( and then was such a blessing). When I tell you, there is more than Covid that we should not let our kids breathe. That filter was gross.
Counseling children who have AI psychosis is not how I want to spend my last years teaching.
Is this the gas station from the first episode of Criminal Minds?
Today I learned I’m older than the Civil Rights Act.
This is small town NS..Friends take a year off work to help with friend’s campaign. They cannot turn their back on the friend, so they find others they can blame for the government’s problems. It’s hurtful to those getting blamed. It’s why rural NS votes the way it does…
MLA stands in the legislature and congratulated our local theatre company for their production. They are housed in the local theatre which is losing a fifth of their funding.Rental rates went up to cover the shortfall, and theatre company complained to the theatre, shared and liked MLA post though.
This is a black mirror episode.
We told our financial advisor not to consider “inheritance” as a potential income stream.
What did Fess Parker ever do to him?
I have never owned an umbrella that didn’t immediately flip inside out until I moved to Vancouver. Then I got an umbrella, because everyone had one. Used it for 10 years. Moved back to NS. Flipped inside out the first rain…
I adore Paul McCartney, but I’ve also listened to a lot of Mozart. A bit like comparing a good quality car to a lunar landing.
We lost our school librarian in 2016, and now the library is « break space » and offices, and the librarian work has been moved to classrooms and kids take fewer books home because there is no library budget. Also, then our community library moved away from schools, and is less accessible.
