One of my semi-regular progress reports..... a look in the mirror.....

This dumbbell is heavy and no amount of SFX will hide my grimaces. And again the belly thinks he is the star of the pic.

End of the workout and no filters, just me........

Guess it will have to be a dip in a whirlpool at an indoor facility instead… a still from a GoPro camera…. Like the way the camera captured the moment….

Heavy set, white, older man, with belly on a beach in January. After a polar bear plunge type activity, he is emerging from the ocean, wearing a sky blue swim brief and dark blue “Aussie” style swim cap.

Anyone for a New Year’s Day dip?

For me it was Eurythmics and “Sweet Dreams..” was working at a small tv station doing news and we were all watching it together in the bull pen (tv stations got free cable then) for the first time… I’ll never forget.
