Is there a lawyer out there who can explain to me why it's legal to deny a member of the public *who is a reporter or journalist* information that is required to be shared with any other member of the public? I attended a public meeting yesterday where I was not allowed to ask questions!

Thanks @poitrasj.bsky.social for noting the premier's 'turn off the news' comment. I nearly spit out my coffee when she said it! Turn off Meta, turn off Twitter, but folks, please don't turn off your hardworking news media!

Attn radio journos: I need help finding replacing Skype when it goes out of business in May. I've been using it to make phone calls and record separate tracks right into my audio editor, Hindenburg. I have Tape-A-Call on my phone as a backup, but far preferred Skype-Hindenburg. What do others use?
