But more seriously, I’m in the ODUGlobal online area and so transfer is a huge population for us. Because of our location, we also do a lot for military, including pathways to try to maximize turning experience into college credits

I’ve seen institutions where grad program directors sit on admission decisions for months to build their dream classes, and then when they get around to admitting students, they’ve all moved on. The market is forcing that to change, but still pockets of resistance.

In the grad space, around 80% of prospects apply to multiple programs, and approx 75% attend the first one that admits them. The universities that can move fast are going to win!

I was first person in my area talking about GenAi when it started blowing up late 2022. I’ve been very fortunate to have leadership that was all for embracing it, and then have been an advocate for and evangelist to my team. Now even my leadership is daily using the custom GPTs I’ve built. #EMChat

Heavily integrating AI into our work. We have ChatGPT for Teams for about a dozen of us, and our designers are embracing AI tools in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite. Also launched a brand and built a team — those have taken so much work. Getting new hires immediately using AI has helped! #EMChat
