Kagurabachi continues to be peak and it’s nice to see people genuinely talk about it and get excited but man it sucks that you need to read and watch or play everything the minute it’s available otherwise people just post shit and spoil it for everyone else.

Played and finished sackboy for the final champions road level since I heard it was really hard. It wasn’t bad and it’s mostly a good final challenge using all the obstacles present in the game. I almost finished it on my first try but flubbed it on a stupid jump.

If your new game being broken is part of the charm, then when it gets patched, it should now be a worse game, right? No, just infinite memes and annoying people.

Using “infinite replayability” for games like balatro as a reason for it being good is a bad faith argument. Any game is infinitely replayable depending on your goals, like doing speedruns or specific self imposed challenges. Roguelikes and random shit are just lazy ways to get there.

I do not believe balatro is a good game and it is certainly not one of the best this year.

Heretic was pretty good. I wish movies were allowed to have interesting endings still.

I enjoyed amazing digital circus so far. Sean chiplock the goat as usual. All the designs and areas have so much personality it is very likable and fun to watch. Jax sucks a little bit.

I was able to get Fuwamoco at the nearest Round1, they look super cute. They didn’t have the drinks though sadly and no big Irys. Tried to get keychainrys but no luck, it was legit harder to get than both Fuwamoco

The only thing that makes me not regret my switch purchase is playing xenoblade and it continues to pay off!

Games would benefit from a mid game ng+ like dead rising for returning after a long time and just wanting to quickly return to where you stopped fresh.

Saying there are actually a lot of voice actors for dubs is like saying there are a lot of actors in Hollywood when the problem is every major role is one of a dozen people and you’re including extras and one off actors for your count.

I typically don’t like glasses in character designs but dandadan does them so well.

I noticed the title drop but I didn’t realize it’s actually a companion piece. House of leaves feels especially inspiring to control.

Glazing is a good description. I feel like people especially get overhyped by metroidvania titles for some reason. I’ve been disappointed by hollow knight, Metroid dread, and the lost crown intensely because of these people. They’re decent entries at best.

Ubisoft probably won’t exist in another few years and that’s crazy to think about.

PoP:the lost crown was super overhyped and was a massive letdown considering the terrible third act and obviously tons of cut content. Still a real businessman move of ubi to break up the team that has and would’ve continued to make good games.
