Problem with the long contracts is players have zero incentive to leave… Rosenior will be fine at a mid table club with less pressure, but yeah we need to get rid of probably half this squad and bring in an experienced manager.

Is Garnacho pound for pound one of the worst signings in our history? He’s an absolutely terrible footballer. Lost count the amount of times he got the ball, looked up and passed it back. Other than that, Rosenior needs to go and we need to start looking for a serious manager for next season.

Atleti’s owners have this whole thing figured out don’t they? Stick with the manager, buy good players all whilst knowing you can’t compete with Real/Barça every season. Such a brilliantly run club.

Oh absolutely, Rosenior is clearly miles out of his depth and every passing game is showing that his system is a complete mess. Some of the players really aren’t helping themselves though.

Fofana in particular looks utterly abject, the squad needs a big rebuild which is insane given the money we’ve spent.

If the owners have any sense (which we know they don’t) they’ll cut their losses on Rosenior asap. Players have clearly given up and at this rate we’ll be lucky to finish top half. We look so so lost from defence to attack.
