Aleks has spent (and continues to spend) so much time on it and y'all are writing Google docs to avoid using it instead of telling us where the friction is

Yes it's good for people doing many sizes but it also catches common issues like missing armatures and triangulation. It's literally designed to be helpful and reduce manual steps.
Like even if you don't want to work in the devkit itself, it's still a blend file you can use to export the body parts you need in a few clicks
You know if y'all told us what was intimidating or annoying about the devkit, we could try and fix it or help, right....?
this is beauuuutiful
I love her face sm! Did you sculpt it or is that texture magic?
Things should jiggle and there should be extra poseable bones! You need to have the skeleton and some yas-enabled / yiggle models on your character. For things like tails, you also need animations that include tail movement - using an anim swap mod to yoink tailed race anims is a good/easy start
YAS is based on ivcs so it should work just fine for tails!
Hey. Hi. How are you?
I've been trying to call you
Life's hard without you
and I can't seem to get through
- will you still remember me
when all of this is fading?

Thankyouuu 🥹 i used liquify for this, but I did redo it like 10 times until I was happy with it haha

I hate it,
but it's home

📝noted, thank u thank u
WELL AT LEAST MY WISDOM WAS WISE ???
CUTE
can i ask how you weighted the pigtails? 👉👈 oomf is working on a hair with looong skinny tails at the front and i had no wisdom for him other than "make a custom skelly"
thankyouuu! and good to see you back 😊
thankyouuu 🥰🥰 it was a STRUGGLE but I'm glad it paid off!
spent 3 days in the blender mines because I decided she needed to let her hair down and I couldn't find anything floofy enough
Sometimes it just doesn't make a lot of sense for the creator to do it imo.. My Gilded mod has a lil neck seam because I would've had to edit 40-50 files to fix it for every race and it still wouldn't have fixed it for anyone using asym faces or sculpt mods, so I made a tutorial on fixing it instead
I know this feeling, but I do think other people just don't really think about it. I try and remember that everyone has their own stuff going on and, even though it's hard, you have to force yourself to take up space or you'll stay invisible. No one knows what's happening in your head until you say
Lately the joy of creating is too overshadowed by the shittiness of seeing my work stolen, and while the world is still on fire in multiple ways, I need to put all my energy towards something more productive.
A little early but I made Gilded and Sumi Ink free on my ko-fi.
I don't see myself working on any more projects for ffxiv at this point in time, so they will probably be my last releases for a while.
holy shit lmaoooo what happennnnd
